Light Their Future: Support Education & Empowerment with Prajwalla Foundation

Prajwalla Foundation is working tirelessly to uplift underserved communities across Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, and parts of Haryana by providing children, women, and youth with access to education, healthcare, and sustainable development opportunities. With a strong belief that every life deserves dignity, opportunity, and the right guidance, the foundation is committed to creating long-term change by empowering individuals to become confident, self-reliant, and capable of shaping their own futures.

Registered as a Trust, Prajwalla Foundation has been actively serving communities for more than 2.5 years. During this time, the organization has focused deeply on child development, women empowerment, and youth employability, impacting hundreds of families who earlier had no access to quality education or skill-building programs. Their work begins with children as young as 5 years old and extends to young adults up to 21, ensuring that every age group receives the support they need to thrive.

For younger children, Prajwalla Foundation provides free education, academic support, and a nurturing environment that helps them stay away from child labor and street activities. For older children and youth aged 15–21, the organization offers a range of skill-development programs, including soft skills, communication skills, behavior science, personality development, and career preparation. These skills help young boys and girls build confidence and prepare themselves to enter a highly competitive job market—something their families alone cannot support due to poverty and lack of awareness.

Prajwalla Foundation was established in 2022 by Mr. Rakesh Chaudhary (Founder & Chairman), who witnessed firsthand the struggles of underprivileged children while working in the garment industry. Many promising youth failed to secure jobs simply because they lacked basic communication skills or exposure to professional environments. Determined to change this, he dedicated himself to creating an organization that could bridge this gap and give these children access to opportunities that would otherwise remain out of reach.

His son, Mr. Siddharth Chaudhary (General Secretary), an advocate by profession and an educator with over a decade of experience in training communication and soft skills, joined him in this mission. Together, they are working relentlessly to transform Prajwalla Foundation into a powerful platform that nurtures young talent and uplifts entire communities with dignity and compassion.

Today, the foundation operates from its office located at WZ-5 Khampur, West Patel Nagar, New Delhi. However, despite the team’s hard work and passion, the biggest challenge remains lack of financial resources. Running free classes, hiring trained educators, providing teaching materials, and managing development programs require consistent and substantial funding—something the foundation is struggling to sustain on its own.
