“I will mortgage my life if I have to, just to save my child,” says Akram, a helpless father watching his 21-day-old son suffer in unbearable pain. After 12 long years of waiting, heartbreak, and endless prayers, Akram and his wife were finally blessed with their first and only child, baby Chand Mohammad. Their journey to this moment was filled with unimaginable loss, including two miscarriages- one at four months and another at six. Over time, they had painfully accepted that they might never have a child. That is why Chand’s birth felt nothing short of a miracle.

But just days after this long-awaited blessing entered their lives, their joy turned into fear. Baby Chand has been diagnosed with Spina Bifida, a severe condition where his spine has not formed properly. There is a dangerous swelling and an open wound on his back that continues to grow day by day, leaving him in constant pain and agony. The moment he was born, his parents noticed that his legs would not bend and his knees were turned the wrong way, making them fear that their baby may never be able to walk.

Akram’s pain is reflected in his heartbreaking words: “If God wanted us to have a child, he should have been healthy. Otherwise, we had already accepted a life without one.” For parents who waited 12 years and survived repeated loss, seeing their newborn fight such a painful condition is devastating beyond words.

Akram works as a daily wage labourer, earning only ₹400–500 a day, while his wife is a homemaker. With no savings and no one else to support them, the hospital’s estimated treatment cost of ₹8 lakhs feels impossible. Yet this father is willing to mortgage his entire life if it means giving his son a chance to survive.

This is more than a medical emergency. It is a desperate fight to save a miracle that took 12 years to come into this world. After you complete your donation successfully, you will find the 'GET 80G' button on the payment success page. Please fill in your PAN number, complete address, and name as per PAN and submit. Your 80G certificate will be generated and sent via email within 24 hours. Alternatively, you can get your 80G receipt in a few simple steps: Log in to your account using the same email ID you used for the donation Go to ‘Profile’ Choose the financial year for which you'd like the donation certificate Click on ‘Download 80G Certificate’ Fill out the Form (if required) Submit the form and 80G will get downloaded instantly Instead of receiving separate 80G certificates for each donation, you'll receive a consolidated 80G certificate via email covering all your donations made through our platform in the financial year. Further, The corresponding 10BE form that proves your eligibility for the tax deduction will also be consolidated. This way, you won't have to worry about multiple downloads and can save time.
To qualify for tax exemption on your donations, you need to obtain a 10BE. This can be done by filing your 80G claims for donations made during the Financial Year (FY). You can download your 10BE from the ‘My Profile’ section by 5th June of the next FY and also receive it via email. For example: if you made donations between April 2023 and March 2024 (FY 2023-24), you will get your 10BE by 5th June 2024, provided you need to claim the 80G for these donations. Till 30th April 2024 you can submit your 80G details, After that you will be not able to claim your 10BE certificate, as we file our 10BD on income tax portal after that we are not permitted to revise or consider any request.
