Project:

We expect humans to be kind to animals, but when we hear stories of animal cruelty, it shakes us deeply. In this cruel world, there is a man named Jayant, the founder of Helping Hands for Humanity Society, who has been running an animal shelter in Sonipat, Haryana.

It is a place where injured and voiceless animals receive free medical treatment. At present, around 500 animals are admitted in the shelter, out of which nearly 200 are cows. Earlier in Sonipat, if any animal met with an accident, they had to be taken to another district for treatment, which often led to delays. Many animals lost their lives because of this. That is why this organization was started to provide immediate care and save lives.

They operate an ambulance service 24/7. Treatment is available round the clock, and the shelter remains open at all times. Over the years, they have witnessed extremely severe cases of animal cruelty, some of which required treatment for years.

One such heartbreaking and disturbing case was when they came across a cow who had been sexually assaulted by a man. Not just that, after committing this gruesome crime, he brutally inserted a stick into her private parts. Her internal organs, including intestines and kidney, came outside and were severely damaged. The injuries were so critical that treatment became impossible, and she could not survive. Strict action was taken against the accused, and he is in jail right now. But this incident shows that in a world where we already fear for women, it becomes even harder to trust humans with innocent animals.

Being the only animal shelter in the area, they receive numerous cases every single day. However, they are struggling to manage expenses for food, medical care, and medicines. Due to the shortage of funds, there are delays in treatment, which can cost lives.

This is why they need your help. It is said that anyone who donates for Gaumata is blessed by the grace of God. These animals cannot ask for help, but you can be their voice.

Please come forward, donate, and help save a life!
