Sanvi Mahila Jan Seva Sansthan, a dedicated NGO, has been working tirelessly for over a decade to support the homeless devotees who flock to Kalikan Dham Mandir in Prayagraj during Navratri. These devotees, many of whom travel from hundreds of kilometers away, come to seek the blessings of Mata Bhagwati, believing that a holy bath in the temple’s sacred kund will rid them of diseases and bring spiritual purification.
However, the long journey to the temple can be challenging for these devotees. Many arrive tired, hungry, and without proper shelter. Some even collapse on the roads or sleep on empty stomachs due to the lack of food and basic facilities. In response to this need, Sanvi Mahila Jan Seva Sansthan, under the compassionate leadership of its director, Maya Singh, has taken the responsibility of providing these devotees with food, shelter, and essential facilities.
Maya Singh, who personally oversees the welfare of the devotees, ensures that no one who comes to the temple in search of blessings leaves without receiving care and support. The organization sets up temporary shelters, serves nutritious meals, and provides other necessities to help these devotees during their stay at Kalikan Dham. For many, this service is a lifeline, as it allows them to focus on their spiritual journey without worrying about their basic needs.
This year, with the number of devotees expected to rise during Navratri, Sanvi Mahila Jan Seva Sansthan is working harder than ever to ensure that everyone is cared for. The organization aims to provide the best possible facilities, including tents for sadhus and sufficient ration for the devotees. However, to make this vision a reality, they are in urgent need of support from kind-hearted donors.
Maya Singh and her team are humbly requesting donations to help cover the costs of purchasing tents and ration supplies for the upcoming Navratri festival. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a significant difference in the lives of these devotees. Without the generosity of donors, it will be difficult for the organization to continue providing the level of care and support that these devotees rely on.
Sanvi Mahila Jan Seva Sansthan has been a beacon of hope for many over the years, and with your help, they can continue their noble work. As Navratri approaches, the organization is extending its heartfelt appeal to the community to come forward and contribute. By supporting this cause, you will not only be helping to provide for the physical needs of the devotees but also contributing to a sacred tradition that brings spiritual fulfillment to countless people.
With folded hands, the Sansthan is asking for your support in making this Navratri a comfortable and blessed experience for all devotees. Your donation will go a long way in ensuring that every devotee is fed, sheltered, and cared for during their pilgrimage to Kalikan Dham Mandir. Every donation counts, and together, we can make a meaningful difference.
