Project:
They Survived the Flood. Don’t Let Them Starve.
When the rains came pouring down over Delhi, they didn’t just flood the streets, they drowned the homes and lives of thousands, including the ones who have no roofs to shelter under, the stray dogs.
These innocent beings, who already struggle every day for food, warmth, and love, were left stranded, scared, and starving in the chaos of the floods.

Amidst this crisis, Life of Strays stepped forward like a ray of hope. Their team has been working tirelessly day and night to rescue dogs who were stuck in rising waters, trembling with fear, and crying out for help.
They carried them to safety, cleaned them up, and ensured they were fed. They held them in their arms and promised them that they were not alone. But promises are not enough, these strays need more, and they need it urgently.

Each day, this team is on the ground, wading through flood-hit areas to provide food to dogs who have lost their regular sources of survival.
For these strays, the floods have washed away not just dry spots to sleep on but also the kind locals who used to feed them. Today, every meal that’s given is often the first and only meal they get.
“The wag of a rescued tail, the relief in frightened eyes, the gentle trust as they take food from our hands, these moments remind us why they do what we do.” says one of the team members of Life Of Strays.

But the reality is harsh: feeding and rescuing hundreds of dogs every single day requires resources we are struggling to manage alone. They are running out of food supplies. Medical aid is scarce. Shelter spaces are limited. And yet, the number of strays in need grows with each passing day.
This is where they need you. Your compassion can be their survival. Your generosity can keep a starving dog alive tonight. A small donation can mean:
- A full stomach for a hungry dog.
- Medicine for an injured or sick stray.
- A temporary shelter to keep them safe from the rain.
- Rescue operations that save dogs trapped in dangerous floodwaters.

When you donate, you are not just giving money you are giving hope, warmth, and a chance at life to those who cannot speak for themselves but feel love deeply.
The floods may have left Delhi shaken, but together we can ensure its strays are not forgotten. Let us come together, hand in hand, heart to heart, to protect the voiceless souls who rely only on us.
Donate today. Help them continue feeding, rescuing, and healing. Help them to make sure that no dog is left hungry, wet, or alone in this flood.
For the strays, you are their only family in times like this. Please, open your heart for them.
